Have you ever spoken too soon? Earlier in the day on Friday I sent out an email saying Hurricane Dorian would not impact our worship service this weekend, and that was true until about 5:00 that afternoon. When we were halfway through setup, the School Board cancelled all outside events in all Manatee County Schools for the next several days. This decision was to allow several of the schools to be used as shelters for the people evacuating from the east coast. SO… we are NOT able to meet at Tara this weekend. BUT… we ARE going to gather and worship at The Venue on Sunday! The room looks great, the sound system sounds awesome, and we are all set for you to join us. To accommodate our church family in the smaller space, we will be offering two services this Sunday morning at 9:30 and 11:00. Please choose the service time that works best for you and your family. Childcare will be provided at both services for preschool and nursery, and school-age kids will join their families in the service. An activity page will be provided for them. The Venue is located in the Manatee Towne Centre plaza at 5245 33rd Street East, Bradenton, FL 34203. If all goes according to plan, we will be back at Tara next week, and I am so thankful that the Lord has provided The Venue so we can gather together and worship this Sunday.
